Terms & Conditions Members of TrafficCharm.com Traffic Exchange agree to the following terms of agreement.

1) TrafficCharm.com reserves the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all credits

2) We do not allow the following page contents; racist, illegal or other material we found inappropriate. trafficcharm.com cannot guarantee that member sites do not contain such material.

3) You may cancel your Membership by clicking the [Delete account] link in member area. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account, and you will not receive further credit for referrals made using Your previous account.

a. MONTHLY FEES Traffic Charm offers 1 level(s) of membership. The "Basic" membership is FREE of charge and carries with it NO monthly fee of any kind. The "Gold Charm" membership carries a monthly fee of $0.00 USD. The "Platinum Charm" membership carries a monthly fee of $00.00 USD. The fourth membership level "Premium Charm"carries a monthly fee of $20.00 USD. All monthly fees are handled through (TBA). Members may cancel their membership fees at anytime and return to the Silver (Free) membership level by cancelling their subscription with(TBA) or by failing to renew their membership (in the case of non-subscription upgrades). Please note that we will NOT cancel your subscription for you. b. FAILURE TO PAY As a "Gold Charm", "Platinum Charm" or "Premium Charm", you will be required to make monthly payments in order to maintain your membership level. If you wish to terminate your upgrade, then your membership will return to the Basic level (Free account). Any member who wishes to increase their membership level from Gold Charm to Platinum Charm must first cancel their Gold Charm membership subscription (if one applies) and then proceed to start a new subscription for the Platinum Charm or Premium Charm level. Any remaining days on the Gold upgrade will be lost and the new Platinum Charm or Premium upgrade will take effect immediately at that time. c. REFUNDS Traffic Charm will NOT issue refunds on monthly membership fees, regardless of whether that month has started or not. Traffic Charm will also NOT issue any refunds on purchases of traffic Ad Packs. 4)Targeted sites:
We DO allow site ROTATORS.

We do NOT allow Pages breaking out of frame and any other behavior found inappropriate or annoying.
We DO NOT ALLOW MS window-type popup/alert message boxes.
No porn or PTC,PTR promoting that industry.

5) Enrolling other members is prohibited:
Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign up other members. Members can refer other individuals to the website and help them through the sign up process, however the individual must complete the sign up process by him/herself, including the reading and agreeing to the Membership Agreement. Furthermore, no member shall create false accounts simply for the benefit of referral rewards or to create a manufactured downline. Any member found to be engaged in such activity will have their membership revoked and will lose all credits and/or money in all accounts created.

6) Personal information:
As a member of TrafficCharm.com you agree to keep your personal information on file up to date and accurate at all times. You also confirm that the email address you have on file is accurate and in working order. The company will keep all personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law.

7) Acceptable use of start link:
The start link (also referred to as the "surf" link) that a member receives upon signing up is to be used solely by that member and solely for the purpose of viewing other member's websites through the TrafficCharm.com traffic exchange network. This link is not to be used in any way that cheats the system or attempts to compromise it in any way. Furthermore, the start link is not to be promoted on other networks as a means of falsely obtaining credits. The start link is also not to be placed in any automatic clicking program or other similar program or software designed to defraud the network or falsely earn credits. Any inappropriate use of the start link (as indicated, but not limited to the above) will result in immediate termination of that member's account and all earned or purchased credits along with any remaining cash balance will be lost.

8) Removal of membership:
A member may at any time request to have his/her membership canceled by simply submitting a support request and clearly defining the account that is to be canceled. Alternatively, a member may have their membership revoked by TrafficCharm.com if TrafficCharm.com deems that member to be in violation of any of the terms as set out in the Membership Agreement. TrafficCharm.com also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the membership of any member found to be defrauding the system in any way, or in any case where the TrafficCharm.com feels that the member is not acting in the best interest of the TrafficCharm.com. If a member should have their membership canceled for any reason, that member will lose all traffic credits (whether earned or purchased) and will forfeit any remaining money in any of the accounts associated with that membership.

9) Loss of data and other errors:
Members agree to not hold liable TrafficCharm.com for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the TrafficCharm.com website and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics. TrafficCharm.com agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never occurs, and TrafficCharm.com will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data. Members also agree to not hold liable TrafficCharm.com for any damage that may arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the TrafficCharm.com website and all services and products contained within.

10) Accounts will be deleted if not used for 90 days.

11) Only one membership for each person/url is allowed.

12) SPAM: TrafficCharm.com does not condone the use of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and spam. Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts.

13) You are NOT allowed to sell credits you have earned surfing or from your downline.

This Agreement may be modified by TrafficCharm.com from time to time, with or without notice.

Purpose of these measures are to maintain the integrity of the advertising members. Members agree to be bound by these terms.

Privacy Policy
At TrafficCharm.com, we respect your right to privacy. We will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party. By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our sponsors. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time. If you pay for extra credits, banner advertising or anything else, your private information will be encrypted and sent securely over a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection via facilities of leading credit card processing company - PAYPAL. You must use the same �E-Mail� address for your Traffic Charm account so that it matches your PAYPAL e-mail account identification to assure proper credit for any purchases.
